Our Group is principally engaged in the production and sale of egg products, primarily in Singapore. We are currently one of the only three-layer farms licensed by the Agri-Food & Veterinary Authority of Singapore (“AVA”) to produce fresh chicken eggs in Singapore, occupying 13 hectares of farm land in Singapore. We have about half a million layers producing an average of 350,000 fresh eggs daily.
Our egg products include (i) fresh chicken eggs; and (ii) processed egg products. We sell our own fresh chicken eggs under the name of “安安 N&N”. For our pasteurised shell eggs, we sell under the brand of “Egg Story — Pasteurised to kill Salmonella and Bird Flu Virus” with a "P" letterstamped or imprinted on each pasteurised shell egg. Our Group has been awarded an “A” grade (Excellent) licence to operate a food establishment by the AVA for egg processing and shell egg pasteurisation. By attaining the “A” grade licence to operate a food establishment, it shows that our Group is capable of providing safe and reliable egg products to our customers. Our Group has also obtained ISO 22000:2005 certification for poultry layer farm, including animal feed production, poultry layer farming, production and packing of shell eggs; and ISO22000:2005 certification for processing of pasteurised shell eggs, pasteurised liquid eggs, pasteurised soft yolk eggs and pasteurised hard boiled and peeled eggs.
We have established a diversified customer base for our egg products, including mainly supermarkets and minimarts, food and beverage outlets and restaurants, wholesalers and retailers and online sales platforms.
Our Mission and Vision
Our vision is to be a responsible producer of high-quality egg products which prioritizes food safety. This belief has motivated our decision to acquire the 1st and only pasteurization facility in Singapore that utilises state-of-the-art, multi-patented egg Pasteurization technology developed by the National Pasteurized Eggs, Inc. ("NPE") in the USA. NPE is the largest supplier of pasteurized eggs in the world and has invested substantially in technology development expenditure over to the past 10 years.
Under the agreement, our Group has the exclusive right to utilise NPE's Safest Choice® precision-pasteurization process. This proven technology produces pasteurized fresh eggs that meet the stringent standards of the World Health Organization.

Singapore Quality Egg Scheme
AVA is the national authority for food safety in Singapore. Under Singapore's Quality Egg Scheme, local poultry layer farms are required to ensure that their facilities are hygienic and quality control monitoring systems are well maintained at all times. The eggs produced undergo regular inspection and freshness tests by AVA to verify their quality. The date of production and farm code are also stamped on every egg to ensure traceability.
The Health Promotion Board's 'Healthier Choice Symbol' (HCS) indicates that the product is a healthier option, to help consumers to make an informed food choice. Products carrying the HCS are healthier options.
ISO 22000 Certification
ISO 22000 certification is an internationally recognized food safety standard that covers all the processes in the food chain that impact the safety of the end product. It is awarded to companies which have met the stringent requirements for a comprehensive food safety management systems as well as incorporating the elements of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP).
